| Abstract: | Starting from that the book borrowing rate in library decreased year by year,this paper analyzes some factors influencing the mobility of library resources, and connecting with Ranganathan’s Five Laws of Library Science,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,and looks forward to library’s future. |
