浅论出版物的检索途径

信息构建（IA）要求让读者获得和掌握信息,向读者提供易于理解的界面.出版物的目录、目次、索引、附录都为出版物提供了检索途径,方便了读者对出版物的利用,但有的出版物却忽略了目录、目次、索引、附录的质量,影响了读者的利用.从实际出发,用正反两方面的实例阐明了目录、目次、索引、附录的重要性,向读者及出版物的编者（责任者）提出了相关建议.

Discussion on the Retrieval Paths of the Publications

The information architecture (IA) requires the readers to obtain and master the information and provides the readers such an interface that is easy to understand.And the contents,catalogs,indexes and appendixes of the publications provide the retrieval paths for these publications,and make the utilization of the publications convenient for the readers.However,some publications neglect the quality of the contents,catalogs,indexes and appendixes,which influences the utilization of the readers.Starting from the practice,this paper expounds the importance of the contents,catalogs,indexes and appendixes by using the positive and negative examples,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the editors (responsible persons) of the publications.
