| 摘 要： | 过敏性紫癜性肾炎（HSPN）是儿科常见的继发性肾小球肾炎之一．目前国内、外均有过敏性紫癜后预防肾损害的系统综述，但尚无儿童HSPN治疗的系统综述．为了对临床医生治疗HSPN提供参考，笔者从现代医学及中医学角度对HSPN的治疗现状进行了综述．

| Abstract: | Henoech- Schoenlein purpura nephritis（HSPN） is one of the common secondary glomerulonephritis in department of pediatrics. Many literatures at home and abroad have been concerned with the prevention of renal damage after allergic purpura, but there is no systemic reviews on the treatment of children＇ s HSPN. The author reviews the current situations of children＇ s HSPN. The author reviews the current situations of treatment for children＇ s HSPN from the angles of modern medicine and TCM to offer reference to treat children＇s HSPN for clinician. |
