摘    要:利用大孔吸附树脂纯化新疆两色金鸡菊总皂苷.采用分光光度法测定总皂苷含量,以静态吸附量和解吸率、动态吸附量和解吸率为指标,选择合适的大孔吸附树脂和纯化条件.D-101型大孔吸附树脂对新疆两色金鸡菊总皂苷具有较强的吸附性能和较好的解吸能力.两色金鸡提取液经D-101型大孔吸附树脂处理,可获得质量分数为(40.53±0.81)%(n=3)的总皂苷部位.D-101型大孔吸附树脂可有效地纯化新疆两色金鸡菊总皂苷.

Abstract:To investigate the purification process of total saponins from Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.using macroporous adsorptive resin.The assay of total saponins was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry,and the resins were selected using the parameters,such as static adsorption capacity,desorption ratio,dynamic adsorption capacity,and as well as dynamic desorption ratio.The D-101 macroporous resin is suitable for purification of total saponins from Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.according to its adsorption and desorption ability for total saponins.The total saponins content is(40.53±0.81)%(n=3)in total solids through D-101 macroporous resin purification.The D-101 macroporous resin can be used for purification of total saponins obtained from Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.in Xinjiang.
