| 摘 要： | 目的 :探求细胞因子中的白细胞介素 1β(Interleukin - 1β ,IL - 1β)、白细胞介素 6(Interleukin -6,IL - 6)与癫痫发病机理的关系。方法 :将Wistar大鼠分成 3组 ,第一组戊四氮致痫组 (实验组 ) ,第二组生理盐水组 ,第三组正常对照组 ;然后运用双抗体夹心ELISA法 ,对各组大鼠的脑脊液中IL - 1β、IL - 6的量进行测定及分析。结果 :第一组与第二组、第三组相比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,而第二、三组之间无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :IL - 1β、IL - 6与癫痫发病密切相关

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to elucidate the correlation between the cytokines interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and epilepsy. Methods: After the rats were divided into three groups: the first group with epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) (experimental group), the second group (saline group) and the third group (normal control group), the level of IL-1β and IL-6 of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of the rats was examined by Enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay (ELISA). Results: The notable difference between the first group and the later two groups, but non notable difference between the later two groups was found. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between IL-1β, IL-6 and epilepsy. |
