| 摘 要： | 本文对如何提高小型双放电TEACO_2激光器的输出能量,从理论和实验方面进行了论证和研究。结果表明,只要合理选择预电离结构尺寸,谐振腔型结构以及合理选择最佳气体成分配比等,可以提高激光器的输出能量。

| Abstract: | The experimental and theoretical study of how to increase the outputenergy of double-discharged TEACO_2 laser is presented in this article. The resultsshow that proper section of dimensions of beforehand ionization and resonator,reasonable determination of gas ingredients may increase the laser output energy. |
