| 摘 要： | 在崇尚创新的知识经济时代,创新人才是国家最宝贵的资源.体育创新人才的培养需要创新型教师.大力培养创新型教师,才能不断地为我国体育事业的发展以及我国经济和社会发展培养高素质的人才.本文对创新型体育教师素质构建进行了分析,并对如何培养创新型教师提出了具体措施.

| Abstract: | In the advocation innovation knowledge-economic time,the innovation talented person is the most precious national resource.The training of innovative physical teacher needs the innovative teacher.Only by training a lot of innovative teacher,so there are high quality teachers for the development of our country sports enterprise as well as the economy and society of our country.This article analyses how to construct the innovative physical teacher,and also offers the concrete measure. |
