| 摘 要： | 分析了政府采购的基本特征,论述了政府采购背景下高校图书馆图书采购的政策依据和特点以及政府采购对图书采购工作产生的影响,归纳了政府采购背景下高校图书馆图书采购的几种模式,阐述了图书采购招标文件制定的原则以及图书采购计划及选书策略制定的方法.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of government procurement, discusses the policy basis and features of university library＇s books purchasing under the background of government procurement and the impact of government procurement on the work of book purchasing,summarizes several modes of university library＇s books purchasing under the background of government procurement, expounds the principles of formulating the tender documents of books purchasing and the methods for drawing up the books purchasing plans and books selecting strategies. |
