介绍了“十一五”期间山西省大专院校发明、实用新型、外观设计3种专利的申请量、授权量、申请领域、院校排名、科技投入与专利产出情况,并与全国、中部六省大专院校进行了对比分析,指出了山西省大专院校专利发展存在的问题,并提出了加快山西省大专院校专利发展的对策建议.

Analysis on the Patents of Universities and Colleges of Shanxi Province in the Period of 11th Five-Year Plan and Countermeasures Study

This paper introduces the application amount, authorization amount, application field, rankings of colleges and universities, sci-tech input and patent output of three kinds of patent including invention patent, utility model patent and exterior design patent of the colleges and universities of Shanxi Province in the period of 1 lth Five-Year Plan, and makes comparative analysis with the colleges and universities of six provinces in the central China, points out some problems existing in the patent development of the colleges and universities of Shanxi Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on speeding up the patent development of the colleges and universities of Shanxi Province.
