Abstract:This paper discusses user's demanding psychology and the realization of university library's marketing target from three aspects of improving users' recognition of the library through strengthening the propaganda, effectively establishing and maintaining the word-of-mouth effect by using the quality services, and implementing the differentiation marketing through personalized and deep level services.
