| 摘 要： | 针对我国大中城市污水处理厂污泥处理处置项目选址问题，在传统选址决策基础上，以处理处置成本最小为目标建立数学模型，进行了目标函数的求解分析.以西安市污水处理厂污泥处理处置项目选址为实例，采用污泥生产烧结砖的处理处置方案，运用遗传算法进行了选址优化，在传统决策初步确定15个备选厂址基础上，得到了建设1~5个污泥处理处置工程项目的优化方案，包括相应的选址、生产规模、运输费用、运输路径等，通过讨论与分析，提出了建设3个污泥处理处置工程项目的建议，为选址决策提供了科学依据.
