高危型人乳头瘤病毒在宫颈病变筛查中的临床价值

目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）在宫颈病变筛查中的临床价值。方法利用宫颈液基细胞学（TCT）检测4类宫颈病变病人，包括ASC-US，LSIL，ASC-H和HSIL，运用DNA基因捕获技术（HC2）检测上述4类病人的HPV值，并分析HPV值与各类宫颈病变病人的关系。结果4类宫颈病变病人中，HPV阳性检出率平均为38％，其中HSIL病人中，HPV阳性检出率最高，同时HPV阳性值最高。结论宫颈液基细胞学联合HPV—DNA检测在宫颈癌癌前病变筛查中具有重要的临床应用价值。

The Clinical Value of High-risk Human Papilloma Virus in the Screening Patients with Cervical Lesions

Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-risk human papilloma virus （HPV） in the screening patients with cervical lesion. Methods Four kinds of cervical lesion patients including the ASC-US, LSIL, ASC-H, HSIL were detected using liquid based cytology. Using DNA gene capture technology we detected HPV value of the above four kinds of patients, and analyzed the rela- tionships of HPV value and all kinds of cervical lesions patients. Results In the four kinds of patients with cervical pathological chang- es, an average of the HPV positive detection rates was 38%. With HSIL patients, the HPV positive detection rates was the highest, while HPV positive values was the highest. Conclusion Cervical liquid based cytology combined with HPV - DNA testing in the screen- ing patients with cervical precancerous lesions had an important clinical value.
