加强党在民族地区执政能力建设,要把全面贯彻落实十六届四中全会《决定》,与少数民族和民族地区的实际相结合,以“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导,牢牢把握胡锦涛总书记提出的新世纪新阶段我国民族工作的主题:“共同团结奋斗,共同繁荣发展”,推进民族理论创新、推进民族政策创新、推进民族工作创新。

Executive Competence of Minority District Government: A Specific Task of CPC

To heighten the executive competence of CPC government in minority districts, we need to carry out the resolutions adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Congress, with a view to the actual situations of minority districts; and we also need to be guided by the "Three Represent's" theory and the idea of scientific development, grasping firmly the theme "Strive together and Prosper together" advocated by Hu Jintao, General Secretary of CPC, regarding our minority's work in the new century.
