| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展，一些仍在使用的老旧房屋不能满足现代人的生活要求，加固改造原有房屋是一个合理的选择，有些结构需要增加电梯井。本文针对结构形式为纯框架的老旧房屋中增加的剪力墙电梯井厚度及位置的变化，对结构使用安全的影响进行分析，并提出了相应的建议。
