摘    要:本文研究了树脂量对壳型膜覆砂热性能的影响,指出树脂量对壳型覆膜砂热性能的影响是通过树脂膜厚和砂粒间粘结膜接触点数目的改变来实现的.在试验条件下(使用70/140硅砂,树脂添加量约为3%),树脂膜厚在2μm左右有较好的综合性能.

Abstract:The influence of resin content on the thermal properties of coated sand of shell mold has been studied. Experimental results reveal that the influence is demonstrated by the thickness of resin films and by the number of contact points formed between sand grains. If fine sand and a suitable amount of resint, for example, silica sand of 70/140 and a resin content of about 3% are used, the coated sand will give a higher specific tensile strength obr and specific compressive strength acr and a larger thermal modulus of elasticity E, with a weaker tendency of thermal deformation. If coordinated by a certain wall thickness of shell mold, the veining defect often found in shell mold castings can be eliminated or greatly diminished.
