CeNi5—xCux等合金氧化性质研究

摘    要:在氩气氛下,用高频炉熔炼制成一系列CeNi_(5-x)Cu_x(x=0,1,2,3,4,5)样品。所有样品都经均匀化热处理。样品进行X-射线衍射分析。 对CeNi_(5-x)Cu_x等合金进行了DTA-TG曲线的测定。从得到的DTA-TG曲线可表明CeNi_3-Cu_2的DTA-TG曲线和SmCo_5以及Nd_2Fe_(14)B(Nd-Fe-B型永磁材料中主要物相)的DTA-TG曲线很相似。DTA曲线上最大放热峰可解释为在氧化过程外伴随着CeNi_(5-x)Cu_x等合金的分解。CeO_2,NiO和CuO是CeNi_(5-x)Cu_x氧化产物。

Abstract:The samples were produced by melting in an induction furnace under argon atmosphere. All samples were homogenized by heat treatment. The samples were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction analysis.The DTA-TG curves were measured for the CeNi5-xCux and relevent alloys. The obtained DTA-TG curves illustrated that DTA-TG curves of CeNi3Cu2 and SmCo5 as well as Nd2Fe14B (as the main phase in the Nd-Fe-B type permanent magnetic material) are very similar. In the DTA curves, the maximum exotheric peak was explained that the oxidation process of the CeNi5-xCux and relevent alloys were accompanied by it is decomposition. CeO2, NiO and CuO are the oxidation product of the CeNi5-xCux.
