| 摘 要： | 高职学生就业难的问题，表面看是社会需求的问题。从学校角度分析，实际上反映出专业设置与社会需求的脱节，能否解决好这个问题，关系到学校的发展与生存。高职院校应突出解决：依据市场需求导向及时调整专业结构，采取订单模式对接企业要求，实行校企合作、推进专业建设和瞄准社会需求，深化学生素质培养等重点问题。
