| 摘 要： | 讨论了聚阳离子聚 2 -羟基 -N ,N -二甲基氯丙胺对固定化酶的影响 ,pH值对固定化酶的影响及固定化酶的稳定性。采用聚阳离子复合物加固对酶的包埋程度 ,防止了使用过程中酶的渗漏 ,可使该酶的延长使用寿命并提高稳定性。

| Abstract: | In this article,the author discusses the effect of polyelectrolyte and pH on immobilized enzyme,and the stability of immobilized enzyme.When the polyelectrolyte complex is used to consolidate the entrappment of the calcium alginate gel,the leaking of the tannase is overcome in processing.The working time and the steady is increased. |
