| 摘 要： | 自主学习作为一种学习状态和学习行为过程，表现为强烈的“主动求学”，学生通过独立地分析、选择合适的学习策略来实现学习目标。面对高职非英语专业学生，教师应以培养兴趣为牵引，激发学生内在学习动机；引入元认知策略，提高学生自主学习效率；建立多维度、全方位的自主学习效果评价体系。总之，要多管齐下，努力提高非英语专业大学生的自主学习能力。
