废陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆流动性正交试验研究

摘    要:利用废陶瓷再生粗砂对特细砂进行改性,得到废陶瓷再生混合砂,并将其用于配制再生砂浆.通过正交试验,研究了水胶比、废陶瓷再生粗砂取代率和粉煤灰取代率对废陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆流动性的影响.基于极差和方差分析,得出了各因素对废陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆流动性影响的主次顺序和优选方案,并对其进行机理分析.对试验数据进行了三元线性回归,得出了稠度预测回归模型.

Abstract:The super-fine sand was modified by recycled ceramic coarse sand,and recycled ceramic mixed sand was obtained.Then it was used in preparing recycled mortar.Using orthogonal experiment,the factors influencing the fluidity of the recycled mortar,such as the water-binder ratio,the recycled aggregate replacement ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio,were investigated.The major minor sequence among factors and the optimum design were obtained by means of range analysis and variance analysis,and the mechanism was analyzed.Ternary linear regression was carried out with the results and a consistency prediction model was given.
