摘    要:科技创新中心建设是我国建设世界创新强国的重要支撑。本文首先对国内外重要科技创新中心评价指标体系进行分析,并在此基础上构建了评价科技创新中心的“雪花模型”;其次探索建立了我国科技创新中心(综合性科学中心)的评价指标体系,以期对我国科技创新中心评价和成渝科技创新中心建设提供参考。

Abstract:The construction of science and technology innovation center is an important support for China to build a world innovation power. The "snowflake model" for the evaluation of science and technology innovation center is constructed based on the analysis of the evaluation index system of important scientific and technological innovation centers at home and abroad. In addition, the evaluation index system of China''s science and technology innovation centers (comprehensive science center) are explored and established. We hope to provide reference for the evaluation of China''s science and technology innovation center and the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Science and Technology Innovation Center.
