衡量筹资风险程度的数学模型

在现代理财活动中，筹集资金成为企业财务管理的首要职能。因此，衡量企业筹资风险的程度则是企业筹资管理的重要内容。本文针对不同资方案可能的经营情况下的筹资风险程度，提出运用概率统计方法建立数学模型并计算各种资本结构组合的资金利润率的期望值和标准差，据以评价资本结构组合的优劣，决策最优筹资方案的一种新的计算公式。

A MATHEMATIC MEDOL FOR JUDING THE DEGREE OF FUND RACSING RISKS

In present day financing,raising fund becomes the chief function in finacial administration of an enterprise.Thus,juding the risks in raising funds is the main task in the relavent administrative work.This article,in view of the risk degree of various plans for fund raising when they are under operation,puts forward a new calculating formula,in which the method of probability statistics is applied to set up a mathematic medol for caleulation of expected value and standard deviation rate of fund profit rate in the cambination of various found structures.Through the evaluation of the fund structure combination,an optimized fund raising plan for decisionis offered.
