| 摘 要： | 水土流失、土地沙化、土壤盐碱(渍)化、土地环境污染加重和耕地数量减少等一系列土地问题,是我国经济建设中面临的严峻问题。本文根据中国耕地资源在近10多年严重失衡的现状,分析了市场经济发展过程中耕地资源存在的主要问题,进而提出了相应之对策。

| Abstract: | The Chinese economic construction is facing a series of land degradation problems such as soil and water loss, land desertation, soil salification and alkalization, soil pol-lution and arable land decrease and so on. In terms of the existing serious imbalance of arable land resources in China, the authors analyse the main problems of arable land degradation in the development course of the market economy and propose some relative countermeasures for improving arable land resources. |
