摘    要:作者采用三维取向分布函数(ODF)研究了二次挤压对铸锭冶金(IM)和快速冷凝粉末冶金(RS-PM)Al-Li合金挤压制品的织构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,Al-Li合金一次挤压材中存在强的〈111〉织构和弱的〈100〉织构。合金经二次挤压后,〈111〉织构减弱,综合力学性能特别是塑性提高,这种效果在IM挤压制品中显得更显著,文中讨论了〈111〉 〈100〉织构形成机理与变化的原因,分析了合金综合力学性能改善的微观组织因素。

Abstract:The effects of double-extrusion processing on the extrusion textures and mechanical properties of both IM and RS-PM Al-Li extrudates have been investigated using ODF. The results show that there is a strong <111> component with a weak <100> wmponent in the extrudates. Throngh double-extru- sion, however, <111> component was weakened and the combined tensile properties of the extrudates. especially the ductility, were improved, which can he observed clearly in the case of IM alloy. The mechanism of the formation and variation of <111> <100> fibre texture has been discussed. and the causes for the improvement of the combined mechanical properties in the studied alloys have been analysed as well.
