混凝土桥梁的裂缝及其对结构性能的影响

摘    要:本文结合平午铁路专用线上,四座桥22孔混凝土梁调查资料,着重分析了钢筋混凝土梁和预应力混凝土梁常见主要裂缝产生的原因及其危害.说明并不是所有类型的裂缝,对梁的耐久性和承载能力都有明显的影响.特别指出,常见钢筋混凝土梁下翼缘竖向裂缝宽度,对主筋腐蚀的发展,一般不起控制作用.预应力混凝土梁下翼缘纵向裂缝,若不及时修补,便会影响梁的耐久性,但一般不致引起梁的突然破坏.

Abstract:This paper analyses the cause and harm of main cracks in the R.C.and P.C. beam through the inves(igation of 22-span R.C.and P.C.beams of four bridges in Ping-wu Industrial Siding.The result indicates that not all types of cracks have big effects on the durability and load capacity of concrete beam.Especially the co- mmon vertical cracks in the lower flange of R.C.beam are not the key factors of corrision of main steel.Cracks along the bridge in the lower flange of P.C.beam have more effects on the durability of concrete beem,if the cracks are not maintained in time.But generally the effect is not big enough to lead to the sdden failure of ccnciete beam.
