| 摘 要： | 高校严惩考试作弊时必须掌握适度的原则；对作弊的惩处应能有效地遏制作弊现象；对作弊的惩处应能对大多数学生起到警示作用；对作弊的惩处应适当留有出路，前两方面表现为“足度”，后一方面表现为“不过度”。 |

| Abstract: | Institutions of Higher Education must act on moderate principles to punish those cheating in exams.The principles are embodied in the following three aspects:First,the punishment is supposed to restrain the students from cheating in exams again.Secondly,the punishment should be served as a warning for most of the other students.And lastly,the punishment should be moderate. The first two aspects are severe enough for those who cheat in exams,and the last aspect is just in moderation at the same time. |
