摘    要:现代无线通讯技术GPRS/SMS、与GIS/GPS技术,以及现代数学分析方法的发展,为环境监测的无线、全自动执行提供了技术可能。通过GPRS、GPS相结合实现监测信息的无线实时获取,在建立数据仓库的基础上利用模型分析得出预警信息,通过GIS与Internet技术实现网络端的信息发布,同时通过SMS技术实现通讯终端的信息...

Abstract:Modern wireless communication technologies GPRS/SMS and GIS/GPSS as well as the development of modem mathematical analysis method have made possible in technology the wireless environmental monitoring and complete voluntary execution.Wireless real time capturing to monitor information is realized by combining GPRS with GPS.On the foundation of creating database,early warning information is realized by model analysis,and network information is issued by GIS and Internet technology.At the same time the communication information of terminal initiative serving is realized by means of SMS technology.
