摘    要:使用高温固相法制备不同NH4Cl(作为助熔剂)加入量和不同Eu2+浓度的Sr3MgSi2O8:Eu2+,并研究其成相和发光性质.研究结果表明:NH4Cl加入量为24%时,样品为纯相,发光最强.Sr3MgSi2O8:Eu2+样品在近紫外区存在强激发带(250~400 nm),谱峰位于366 nm相应的发射谱带位于蓝光区(...

Abstract:The Sr3MgSi2O8:Eu2+ samples with different NH4Cl(as flux) content and different Eu2+ concentration were prepared by the solid-state reaction.The phase purity and luminescence properties of samples were studied.The results indicate that the sample is single phase with highest luminescence intensity,while the content of NH4Cl is 24%.The strong excitation band of the sample is in the NUV region (250-400 nm),peaked at 366 nm.Corresponding emission band is in the blue region(420-500 nm),peaked at 457 nm.This ban...
