| Abstract: | Starting from the stand of Chinese automobile industrial enterprises,this paper expounds the strategic alliance governance mode of Chinese automobile industry,and connecting with the present situation of the alliance,analyzes on the problems of the strategic alliance governance mode of Chinese automobile industrial enterprises with the multinational automobile corporations,and puts forward some possible choices. |
