改性木质素类絮凝剂研究

摘    要:木质素是植物纤维的主要组成部分之一,也是造纸黑液的主要污染成分.木质素是化学反应活性比较好的高分子有机物,可以用多种方法对其进行化学改性.本文就木质素的结构特点,分离提取,改性木素絮凝剂的絮凝机理,研究应用以及发展趋势进行了综述.重点对木质素作为阳离子型絮凝剂、阴离子型絮凝剂的不同改性方法及应用效果进行了探讨.木质素来源丰富,具有优良的理化特性和广阔的应用前景,加强研究与应用开发,兼具有效利用资源和治理纸浆黑液的双重意义.

Abstract:Lignin - a main component of the plant fiber and a main pollution composition of black liquids of papermaking. It can be modified in multiplicate chemical methods for its high chemical reaction activity. In this paper , structure characteristic, separating and drawing of the lignin have been remarked, and flocculating mechanisms and application of modified lignin flocculants reviewed in detail. The stress is laid on making a studying of different modified ways and applied effect of cationic and anionic lignin flocculants. Lignin has wide application foreground for its abundant source and fine physics and chemistry property. Applied research and development shoud be enhanced, which will be important in utilizing source effectively and disposing black liquids of papermaking.
