| 摘 要： | 村民自治"异化"是指由于法律制度安排的缺失和实践操作的误区以及农村社会、政治、经济、文化的某种特殊性,村民自治实践在某种程度上偏离了村民自治的价值目标和精神实质,影响了村民自治的效果,使村民自治内在的民主法治和自治精神受到损害的状态。对此,本文指出了村民自治"异化"的表征,分析了村民自治发生"异化"的动因,提出了治理村民自治"异化"的对策。
