| 摘 要： | 一个时代造就了一种精神。在革命关键时期形成的安源精神成为一个时期的一面旗帜。在传承安源精神的今天,我们又面临着江西省煤炭集团公司战略发展的紧要关头,继承创新安源精神,打造富有特色的企业文化,促进江西省煤炭集团公司解放思想、深化改革、加快发展具有十分重要的意义。本文试从安源精神与江西省煤炭集团公司企业文化的关系说起,简要谈谈如何构建以"安源精神"为核心要义的江煤企业文化。

| Abstract: | An era brings up a spirit.Anyuan spirit has become a flag of one era in the key stage of revolution.In the day of passing on the Anyuan spirit,we are confronted with the critical moment of Jiangxi Coal Group Co., inheriting and innovating Anyuan spirit,forging full of characteristic＇ enterprise culture.It has important practical significance of promoting Jiangxi Coal Group Co.,to free one＇s mind,to deepen the reform and to accelerate development.This article tries to speak the relationship between Anyuan spirit and Jiangxi Coal Group Co.,briefly talk about how to structure the focus on ＂Anyuan spirit＂ of Jiangxi Coal enterprise culture. |
