高铬铸铁矿石筛板研究

摘    要:鉴于原国产矿用筛板早期失效、寿命低于进口日本筛板,本文通过合金化、铸造工艺、热处理等几个方面对高铭铸铁展开了一系列的试验研究.结果表明,选用Cr/C比为7左右的Cr20型高铬铸铁,添加适量的Mo、Cu、Mn,经过合适的热处理工艺,可获得分布均匀的高硬度M7C3型碳化物和马氏体基体,使筛板材料达到最佳的强韧性配合,通过改进铸造工艺使碳化物定向排列,当筛板工作面同碳化物纤维方向相垂直时,可以有效的抵抗磨料的磨损.新研制筛板的耐磨性明显提高,使用寿命高于原筛板30%以上,并且超过日本生产的筛板寿命,为该厂提供了较好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Abrasion resistance and impact toughness were detected on samples of high-Cr cast iron where different procedures, Such as alloying, casting and heat treating were taken seperately. It follows that in the Cr20 cast iron, the Cr/C ratio of which being controlled to about 7 and with the addition of Mo, Cu and Mn, Highly dispersed M,C3 type carbidescouldbe obtained upon the martensite watrix after suitable heat treatment. Moreover, the orientation of carbide could also be arranged through improving cast procedure to a certain direction which was vertical to the working surface of sieve-plate and thus the abrasion resistance of it was highly increased.
