| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种采用ＭＭＩＣ元器件设计宽带增益线性渐变放大器的方法．按这种方法设计的放大器可实现增益线性渐变，输入输出匹配良好．此方法在同类放大器设计中有一定的参考价值．

| Abstract: | This paper presents a method designing linearly variable-gain amplifier using the MMIC devices.The amplifier with 30-40 dB gain,noise figure <2. 2 and VSWR<1.5:1 is based on the two MMIC devices and attenuation network in the 50-650 MHz range.It is helpful for people to design the same type of amplifier. |
