聚合物水泥长余辉蓄能发光涂料的制备

摘    要:以硝酸铝、硝酸锶、氧化铕、氧化镝为原料,用溶胶凝胶法合成了稀士铝酸锶长余辉发光材料:SrAl2O4:Eu^2 ,Dy^3 。以核-壳结构聚丙烯酸酯乳液为主要成膜物,添加铝酸锶发光粉、白水泥及助剂制成聚合物水泥长余辉蓄能发光涂料。测定了发光涂料性能,涂料余辉亮度高、余辉时间长、施工性能好、粘结强度高、耐候性优良。

Abstract:Rare earth strontium aluminate long afterglow luminescnet material SrAl2O4:Eu2 , Dy3 Was syntnesized by sol-gel with Al(No3)3, Sr(No3)2, Eu2O3, and Dy2O3. The polymer Cement long afterylow luminescent coating was Prepared by adding proper strontium aluminate powders, white cement and other aids into polypropylene emulsion of nucleon-shell structure. The properties of luminescent coating were determined, hign brightness of afterglow, long afterglow, hign the properties of coat, hign bonding strengtn, hign weather resistance.
