| 摘 要： | 对于应急选址问题,考虑在满足应急时间紧迫性的前提下,使系统操作费用最小为优化目标的数学模型,但已经给出的求解方法经检验并不适合所有的图,故此文将对已有的求解方法进行改进和补充,给出了一个便于实际应用的适用于任意网络的算法.

| Abstract: | Regarding the emergency selected location problem if to satisfy the premise of the emergency time pressing,a mathematical model may be established with the optimizing target of making the operating cost of the system to be the minimum.But the obtained solution method did not suit all charts after the examination,therefore this article modifies the solution method,and gives out one advantageous for practical application being suitable in the random network algorithm. |
