| Abstract: | The development of the urban agglomeration in the Central Plains should base on strengthening the infrastructure to lay a good foundation for firstly realizing the industrialization. While taking the new - type idustrialized road,we should pay attention to the development of modern service industry, build finance and business centres. Through expanding the opening to the outside world in an all- round way, we build the open economic zones with plenty of vigour. |
