摘    要:通过对电力市场下AGC的控制思路和运行机制发生变化的分析,提出了在电力市场下电网进行统一AGC调整时,兼顾电网利益及电厂利益时机组功率分配的数学模型;并应用模糊优化理论将这一双目标数学模型转换为常规的单目标线性规划问题。运用这一方法可以很好地协调各目标间的关系且易于实现,有利于电力市场的发展。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the AGC control and operational mechanism changes under power market and proposes a mathematic model of power dispatch,which gives consideration to the benefit of both power network and generators when power network enforces a united AGC regulation.The fuzzy optimization theory is adopted to transform the bi-objective mathematic model into conventional single objective linear programming solution.The model can coordinate the relations between respective objectives properly and easily,thus helping the development of power market.
