摘 要: | 工学结合是高等职业教育人才培养模式的重要改革,也是提高人才培养质量的重要手段。文章在简要介绍工学结合教学模式的基础上,重点阐述如何充分发挥实习指导教师的职能,有效提高学生的专业技能水平,提高工学结合效果。
