| 摘 要： | 研究了伊贝母细胞悬浮培养过程中接种量、培养方式和激素浓度对细胞生长的影响；测得细胞生长周期为１９～２４ｄ；分析了培养液的ｐＨ、蔗糖浓度、电导率和Ｄｏ变化的原因。鉴定了悬浮培养细胞中含有生物碱，其总生物碱和西贝素含量均高于栽培鳞茎。

| Abstract: | The influence of inoculate quantity,culture manner and hormone concentration on cellgrowth during the Fritillaria Pallidiflora Schrenk cell suspension culture is studied.Cell growthcycle is 19-24days accoring to the test,The reason for variations of pH,sucrose concentration,electric conduetion ratio and Do are analysed.Alkaloid is contained in suspension culture cell,and itstotal alkaloid and sipeimine are higher than those in scale stalk of synthetic culture. |
