| 摘 要： | 现代建设工程投资巨大，工期较长，直接影响国民经济的发展，因此管理好工程造价势在必行。针对建设单位，应用“运筹学”和“系统论”的方法介绍建设各阶段造价管理的一些方法和措施，力求使建设项目发挥最大的经济效益。
