| 摘 要： | 针对科技项目团队能力评估问题进行了研究，引入粗糙集和信息熵理论，总结以往项目经验，建立了基于粗糙集的团队能力指标评价模型。最后通过实例分析，对该模型的科学性和可行性进行了验证。
