| 摘 要： | 网络环境下，传统作品的表现形式发生了变化，网络作品著作权侵权的表现形式也发生了变化。基于这种变化，网络环境中的主体是否承担责任，在何种条件下承担责任应重新考量。完善我国网络环境下著作权保护措施应完善著作权集体管理制度，建立网络作品法定许可制度，建立健全技术保护措施制度。
