高水平运动员与普通大学生400m跑后血乳酸和血氨的变化研究

摘    要:以高水平运动员和普通大学生为研究对象,分析400m全力跑前后及恢复期血乳酸、血氨变化。结果表明400m全力跑后血氨、血乳酸明显高于运动前,高水平运动员上升幅度及恢复期清除率大于普通大学生,说明400m全力跑以磷酸原和糖酵解供能,且供能效率影响运动成绩。

Abstract:The changes of blood lactic acid and ammonia between high-level athletes and college students after the 400 m run is studied.The results showed that the blood ammonia,blood lactic acid was significantly higher than that before exercise 400 m to go after,and high-level athletes are better than ordinary students in recovery clearance rate.
