蒸汽冷凝水热量回收系统的设计计算

摘    要:
阐述二次蒸汽冷凝水热量回收系统的设计计算,建立冷凝汽液相转换的计算方程、研究喷射器在冷凝装置和冷凝水回收泵之间所起的耦合作用,建立喷射器的流体连续性方程、热平衡方程和效率计算的公式,指出克服冷凝后过热水再转变为汽相的技术关键;还导出流体在循环回路及经过泵加压后的能量方程,最后给出应用实例的示意图并讨论回收系统的设计计算应解决的技术性问题

Abstract:
This paper presents the computation of the design of the recovery system concerning steam condensate heat. The equation of the changing from steam phase to liquid state in the condensate is established. The coupling function of the ejector between consendate unit and recovery pump of the hot consendate is studied. The paper sets up the fluid continuity equation, the heat equilibrium equation and the efficiency formula of the ejector and points out the technical key to prevent the hot condensate from changing into steam phase. The energy equations when the fluid passes through the recurrent passage and from the pump to the exit are obtained. Finally, a diagram of an application is given and the technical questions of the computation of the design of the recovery device are discussed.
