Cu(UTP)^2—和芳香氮碱混配配合物的分子内堆积作用

摘    要:用pH电位滴定法测定了三元混配配合物Cu(UTP)L2-(L=吡啶,3,4-二甲基吡啶,异喹啉)在水溶液中的稳定常数,并通过比较三元混配配合物Cu(UTP)L2-和二元配合物CuL2+的稳定常数,指出在UTP的嘧啶环和芳香氮碱的芳香环之间存在着堆积作用,而且在相同的实验条件下,Cu(UTP)L2-分子内的堆积作用弱于Cu(ATP)L2-分子内的堆积作用.

Abstract:The stability constants of the ternary complexes Cu(UTP)L 2- ,where L=pyridine,3,4 lutidine and isoquinoline,have been determined in aqueous solution by potentiometrical method. Comparison of the stability constants of ternary complexes Cu(UTP)L 2- with those of the binary complexes CuL 2 ,shows stacking interaction between the aromatic ring of the N base and the pyrimidine moiety of UTP.The stacking interaction is much weaker than that in corresponding Cu(ATP)L 2- complexes under the same conditions.
