Coolbst异形涤纶纤维的导湿、透汽性能的研究

摘    要:研究了Coolbst异形涤纶纤维的表面性能及其物理机械性能,测试了Coolbst纤维的毛细高度、扩散面积和透湿气性能,并与常规涤纶和棉纤维进行了比较.结果表明,Coolbs纤维的毛细高度、扩散面积等表征纤维吸湿排汗性和透气性等指标均好于常规涤纶和棉纤维,略逊于Coolmax纤维,已达到吸湿排汗纤维的标准.

Abstract:The surface properties and the physical-mechanical properties of Coolbst profiled fiber are introduced.The capillary height,diffuse surface and permeability of Coolbst fiber is tested,and compared with ordinary polyester fiber and cotton.The result shows that the capillary height and diffuse surface which characterize the criterion of moisture absorption and sweat exhaust are better than ordinary polyester fiber and cotton,but are slightly inferior Coolmax fiber.The criterions of Coolbst fiber have met the standards of moisture absorption and sweat exhaust fiber.
