| 摘 要： | 针对冲裁零件形状多变、不利于模具装配图中各零件间装配关系表达的特点,提出了基于知识树的图形信息处理模型.使用该模型处理冲裁零件信息,并采用图形消隐技术参数化生成装配图,清楚地表达了装配图中零件之间的相互关系.该图形处理技术不仅适用于模具装配图的生成,而且可用于其他机械产品设计中装配图的表达.

| Abstract: | Because of the characteristics of the blanking parts that have multivariate shapes,it is difficult to express the interdependence of parts in the assembly diagram.This article suggests a graph information manipulation model based on the knowledge tree.By treating the information of the blanking parts with this model,it can automatically generate the parametric assembly drawing with the graphic blanking technology.The interdependence of parts in this assembly drawing can be clearly expressed.This kind of graphic manipulation method not only can be used in the generation of die assembly drawing,but also can be widely used in the expression of assembly drawing in design of other kings of mechanical products. |
