| 摘 要： | 为提高中草药的利用率,减少因药渣的废弃产生的环境问题,对中药渣进行了分类的定性、定量测定.黄酮类物质可与盐酸-锌粉、氯化铝、氯化锶等发生显色反应,故采用比色法对淫羊藿(Epimedium)药渣中的黄酮类物质与原药进行了对比分析.结果显示,在淫羊藿药渣中剩余黄酮类物质达40%,此部分剩余药用成分经提取加工可作为兽药或饲料添加剂使用,具有较高的再利用价值.

| Abstract: | Imroving the using efficieney of the herbal plants and reducing the environmental problem causing by the herb residue,analyze the herb residue in batch and kind.For the matter of the flanovoid show different colors with different matters such as HCl-Zn,AlCl_3,SrCl_2,so can compare the flanovoid left in the herb residue in amount to the original herb base on the different colors.The result shows about 40 percent left.The left matter could be used in medicine for animal or the feed additive.It indicates that the herb residue is very valuable.And also discuss the possible reusing ways of the herb residues. |
