摘 要: | 采用连续闪光对焊的方法对SiCp/3003Al复合材料进行焊接,在合适的工艺条件下获得了良好的焊接质量。焊后接头的微观分析表明,闪光对焊接头可分为界面反应区、颗粒密集区、颗粒过渡区、母材区四个不同的组织区域,借助于扫描电镜及能谱分析,概括出前三区组织特征及成因。

Microstructure of SiC Reinforced 3003 Aluminum Matrix Composites Flash Butt Welding Joints and Its Analysis |

Abstract: | Preliminary studies were conducted on flash butting welding of SiC particle reinforced 3003 aluminum matrix composites under the certain welding parameters, the quality of joints of flash butt welding is sound. The results show that the bonded joint can be classified into such four distinct areas as area of interface reaction,area of particle concentration,area of particle transition and area of basic material. EDX unit and the SEM are also used to investigate the weld beam to give a reasonable explaination on how to form the four distinct areas and theirs characteristics. |
